Introduction
Our laboratory is mainly focused on hematopoiesis and stem cell development, using both zebrafish and mouse models. Our ongoing projects are listed as following:
- Genetic and epigenetic regulation of hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) development
- Multilayer omics analysis of HSCs and developing hematopoietic organs/tissues
- Generation of HSC transplantation platform and hematological disease models
- Cellular and molecular mechanism of heart regeneration
Our research work is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Basic Research Program of China, the Strategic Priority Research Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the State Key Laboratory of Membrane Biology.
